Choose a property to reserve from our platform. Through the property sheets you will be able to obtain all the necessary information to decide.

Signature of the purchase promise

It will be done electronically through the Docusign online platform. The promise of sale will set the conditions of the purchase: if it is direct credit without interest or cash.

Write record

We have a title company, which reviews and certifies the clear title and fully protects you as a buyer. It will be sent to the buyer via email for signature through the Docusign platform.

Secure and supported payment

You can cancel through: credit / debit card, bank transfer, ACH. If the payment is in installments, the link for the payment of the fee will be sent to you. If the form of payment is cash, the process is more agile and fast.
